All of our ceramics are made from porcelain clay, designed and produced using 3D printing technology in our studio in Footscray. Each piece is finished by hand, then glazed and kiln-fired, resulting in strong, functional ceramics with a unique, architectural quality.

Yes, all of our pieces are food safe, watertight, and dishwasher friendly; unless otherwise noted in the product description. However, due to the nature of ceramics we recommend hand-washing them with a soft sponge / brush and soap.

We currently offer a 20% discount on orders over $500.

We are so sorry if that happens. Please take a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it  - we’re happy to help.

Our current made-to-order turnaround is approximately 8 weeks, not including shipping time. Please note, the timeline may vary slightly depending on the quantity of your order. Each piece is made with care and intention - thank you for your patience as we bring your unique clay creations to life!

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cancellations or changes on made-to-order pieces once production has begun. All sales are final. Please ensure you choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns beforehand, feel free to get in touch - always happy to help! 

Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to collect your order from our studio in Footscray, Melbourne - just select "local pickup" at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time when your order is ready. We love meeting you in person too. 

Yes, we do! We love sharing our unique 3D-printed ceramics with the world. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs from us. 

Important Note on Shipping Restrictions: We use trusted international shipping partners to deliver your order. However, we can only ship to countries where our carriers currently offer reliable and safe service. Due to ongoing conflicts, political instability, or other factors, service to certain regions may be temporarily suspended or severely limited.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For domestic orders within Australia, please allow 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 1–4 weeks, depending on local customs and postal services. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

We understand that sometimes you require your vases for a specific event. Please email us with your request, including your event date and what you're looking to order and we’ll see what we can do. We may have to apply a rush fee. 

Yes, absolutely! Our showroom is located in Footscray, Melbourne. To ensure we can give you our full attention, visits are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your visit.

Yes, we do! We have a curated inventory available for hire, exclusively for our local florists and stylists in Melbourne. Please reach out for with your requests, we'd love to bring your vision to life.

Yes, we love seeing our pieces in beautiful editorial work! We're happy to lend a small quantity of our inventory for photoshoots in exchange for high-resolution images and the rights to use the photographs, along with appropriate credit for Clay Dance Studio.
